Shinrin-yoku” means forest bathing


Shinrin-yoku” means forest bathing ( by co author, Mr. Toh Leong, my former physics teacher)

“Shinrin-yoku” means forest bathing in Japanese. It’s a kind of eco-theraphy that involves a hike in d forest. Connecting with d forest n being with nature is a natural way to destress n leave behind our troubles. The beauty of d flora n fauna as well as super fresh air is most soothing for our bodies n minds.
