  2. I have more than 10 types of salt at home. Yes, they often make a big difference in the taste of food.

        Lavender Sea Salt
        White Tartlet Sea Salt
        Vanilla Sea Salt
        Heirloom Sea Salt for Meat and Chicken
        Red Sea Salt from Hawaii
        Various seasoning salts for vegetables, meat, fish, etc.

      3. I just returned from a trip to Mauritius. The hotel is called Salt of Palmar. As the name suggests, they place great emphasis on using the right salt. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. Some I rarely use, like Kala Namak. I think the right salt is especially important for fish.
