Invent a holiday! Explain how and why everyone should celebrate. We should celebrate this day by empowering women to be independent, financially stable, giving them incentives so they excel well and be self defensive. Because women are blessings and called the mother of the world.

There are still not many women in top positions and on the board of organisations or countries political ministers!

Perhaps. Many of our males feel threatened and unappreciated by women they can’t dominate or control. Like any blanket statement, it is not accurate for everyone or every situation.

I should think that internationally, in general, women still have a long way to go! But probably it is much better than our ancestor times.
