Cancer and living on borrowed time?
********
Cancer used to be
a frightening word!
It still is!
It is like a life sentence…
on borrowed time?
*******
With advances in science;
surgery, chemotherapy,
radiotherapy, targeted therapy,
hormonal therapy,
if money can buy them,
can we borrow more time?
********
Live like there’s no tomorrow. Love like you’re on borrowed time. Always remember, It’s good to be alive.
Jason Gray
I wake up each day and take a deep breathe and give thanks for another day, enjoy each day as a gift and make them most of it with loved ones, material things need no more.

Many cancers are very curable. As one living with cancer, that is my hope. If the cancer becomes incurable perhaps the only good thing is you have a rough idea of how much time you have. With some other major conditions like heart disease and strokes, people can become incapacitated or die with no warning. They can be living on borrowed time and not know it.

We ALL live on borrowed time, even when we don’t realize it!

This makes me so sad. It wasn’t until the last two years that I witnessed cancer up close with my sister and one of my closest friends, both short but brave yet devastating battles with cancer. Such a terrible terrible disease.
