I recently learned about the concept of Death Cafes where people gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death. The objective of these events is ‘to increase awareness of death. I find them fascinating and you can read up on them here: https://deathcafe.com.
I agree that normalizing death is important. It’s inevitable and it’ll help people plan and live out the rest of their lives peacefully.

From the time we are born, we are all preparing to die. I think about it more than the people around me but don’t mind being distracted from it by life.
