Anniversaries: Is today less special? ( A Senryū)

This Haiku is about the celebration of anniversaries. Examples are Mother’s day, Women’s day, Mental health day, birthdays, wedding anniversary, etc. Is every day less special? Or the annual celebrations impact commercialisation?

    Thank you for this reminder. If a person is special, everyday must be a celebration of your love for her/him. If you love the planet, everyday must be Earth day. That’s how i see it, but most people need dedicated celebrations with a theme, a flag, or even a song to make those days, and their underlying purposes, special. I celebrate life and all the joys i experience every day, even the sad ones, because they’re all so special. And as KINDNESS WISDOM put it so well, Shalom
